More security in telephones thanks to voice biometrics

After many years of research, solutions are already being implemented to answer the recent increase in complaints for telephonic identity theft.

Since passwords and security questions are no longer sufficient to authenticate users in phone conversations, many companies (banks, phone companies and other service providers) decided to rethink their security measures and consider voice biometry solutions: identifying users by their voice prints, which, just like fingerprints, are unique and irreplaceable.
